Who We Are :

Lonestar Thunder is a vibrant volleyball club dedicated to fostering a love for the game among young athletes from first grade to 12th grade. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where players of all skill levels can grow and excel. We are seeking a flexible and dynamic Roamer Coach to join our team and assist across various teams and age groups.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a flexible resource for the volleyball program, assisting with coaching duties as needed across multiple teams or age groups.
• Adapt coaching techniques and strategies to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different players and teams.
• Fill in for absent coaches or provide additional support during practices, games, and tournaments as assigned by the coaching staff.
• Provide feedback and instruction to players during drills, scrimmages, and game situations.
• Assist with skill development, player evaluations, and performance analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure consistent coaching methods and messaging across all teams.
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while working with players and fellow coaches.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as equipment management, facility setup, and player communication.
