The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the franchise owner.

Duties and Relationships

• Greets prospects in our lead source platforms.
• Registers and calls prospects in lead tracking systems.
• Creates leads and schedule in-home appointments.
• Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
• Performs scheduling of job site measuring and job execution that meets the customers needs.
• Keep record of Photographs of remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide before photographs for the franchise album.
• Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
• Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.
• Collects deposits / payments from customers.
• Interact with Project Manager to provide details for ordering.
• Initiates any job change orders.
• Follow up with project manager prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
• Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
• Processes credit card payments from the customer in partnership with project manager.
