Responsibilities :

Process and manage full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including software and cloud-based platform challenges.

Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to streamline payroll and benefits management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Utilize ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms to manage payroll functions efficiently.

Support performance management initiatives by aligning payroll processes with organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance payroll operations.

Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role with expertise in software troubleshooting.

Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.

Industry-specific experience in payroll using cloud-based SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or human resources is preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple payroll functions, HR tasks, and benefits administration.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive client interactions.
