Account Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Merchant Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their Grubhub experience and enhancing menu pages

Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; High School degree / GED required

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners

Fluency in Mandarin and native-level fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus

Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office and CRM software preferred

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
