• Provide direct care to residents by monitoring their condition, administering medications, and performing necessary tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting care\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that enhance the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents\n
• Ensure that all care is compliant with regulatory standards\n
• Assist with staff training and participate in quality assurance activities\n
