Compensation : Ranges from $21.00 - $26.50 per hour

based on experience, plus shift differentials for evening,

night

and weekend shifts

Sign on bonus : $5,000.00 sign on bonus offered for qualifying schedules.

Eligibility for bonus : Current Nurse Aide and Medication Aide certifications in the State of Virginia prior to hire with Erickson Senior Living.

Special weekend program : Earn an additional $6.00 per hour for schedules which include every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Flexible Float program : Earn an additional $4.00 per hour on top of hourly rate and shift differential for flexible float program.
