The Amenity & Entertainment Services Manager (AESM)
Oversees and supports the onsite facility management staff for the Inframark Amenity & Entertainment Division.
The AESM will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are provided the highest level of customer service and are operating efficiently and within scope of services.
The AESM also functions to assist the Director in the day-to-day operations of the Amenity Services & Entertainment division. This focus is on assisting and processing the administrative and business side of the department while also assisting in the service that is provided to our clients. The AESM along with the Director are responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Basic Functions
- Provide training to amenity staffing to fit the high level of expectations required by Inframark.
- Attend CDD / HOA meetings as directed by division head.
- Assist as part of a transition team when acquiring a large account.
- Fill in for onsite managers as needed for absences (expected and otherwise).
Assist Clubhouse Managers in preparing and implementing the following, but not limited to :
Standard Operating Procedures ManualRisk Management ManualWork with Director to provide advanced training and standardization to staff.Assist in the preparation of quarterly manager's meetings.Participate as needed in weekly / monthly conference calls and attends internal meetingsAttend Board meetings and staff meetings on an as needed basis.Develop and / or assist with the creation and implementation of procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations of the community and clubhouse.Manages the initial training of new employees.Continuous management of employees to include counseling, coaching, training, performance evaluations, etc.)Ensure all company policies are enforced including but not limited to :
Uniforms and appearanceAttendanceCode of conductPolicy changesAssisting Clubhouse managers in creating and maintaining logs of property information (manager / community contact list and regional teams, maps, gate codes, contacts, special instructions, streets names, trash days, operations manual, security codes and passwords and hurricane storm plans.)Oversee clubhouse managers in planning and executing large scale signature community events and entertainment, coordinating vendors, logistics, marketing, and budgets to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Assist clubhouse managers in developing annual event plan and budgets; source vendors (entertainment, rentals, F&B) and assist if necessary to negotiate agreements.Assist Clubhouse Managers in creating marketing materials and social content.Assist Clubhouse Managers in the process of tracking attendance, costs, and feedback; produce post-event reports and improvement plans.Develop annual entertainment strategy and budget; align with CDD Board and Community Manager.Lead the events team—hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.Standardize SOPs for safety, vendor management, permits / COIs, and resident communications.Measure outcomes (attendance, satisfaction, cost per attendee) and continuously improve programming.Build partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and vendors to enhance offerings and reduce costs.Inframark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
