Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to serve as a Senior Operations Analyst in support of the CJCS J6 Directorate for Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Integration (DDC5I).
The Senior Operations Analyst will support the CJCS J6 Directorate by applying operational expertise to develop executive-level briefing materials, conduct visual analyses, and enable DoD leadership to make informed decisions. The role focuses on advancing Cyber and C4 capabilities, including CJADC2 and information operations (IO), and contributes to integrating requirements and assessments aimed at building an interdependent joint force. The Analyst will work within a small, agile team environment to conduct high-level staff coordination and detailed technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
At least 5 years of military experience, preferably on a Combatant Command (COCOM), Major Command, or Joint Staff. Experience as an action officer on a major staff, with multi-service or multinational exposure, is preferred.
4-6 years in Command and Control at the strategic and operational levels.
Proven experience in crafting briefing papers for flag / general officers (FO / GO) and strong communications skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint) for information management, COI calendar management, and report production.
Experience in supporting major concept studies, conducting independent research, and working across services and organizations to define requirements, perform traceability, and evaluate improvement strategies.
Familiarity with SQL, Access, and other databases is a plus but not required.
