Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Sterile Processing Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 19 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Sterile Processing Technician - Travel Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Variable Shifts | Weekend Coverage May Be Required Hours per Week : 40 Responsibilities Maintain and distribute designated supplies to assigned areas. Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments following AMMI standards. Verify accuracy of instrument count sheets. Assist OR staff in locating and preparing instruments. Maintain sterilization and equipment records per regulatory standards. Turn over rooms and equipment post-procedure. Prepare and maintain specialty surgical equipment (e.g., laryngoscope blades, filters, pumps, and warmers).
