Arkansas Poly & Printing, LLC (APP) has supplied flexible packaging products regionally, nationally and internationally for over 50 years. APP customizes and controls all aspects of production from printing to converting with the most optimal lead time solutions for packaging needs. The Commercialization Manager is responsible for managing projects and internal processes to commercialize new and existing products and customers.
Project Management : Manage packaging projects from concept to completion, including defining project scope, developing schedules, and monitoring timelines to meet deadlines. This includes end of project correction of errors reporting. This role requires a high degree of organization and follow up.
Profession Oral and Written Communication : Must be clear, detailed and professional in all communication formats, understanding this role serves both internal and external customers and has a high level of interaction with plate and ink suppliers.
Bid Management : Manage the process of customer bids or RFPs.
New Product Development : Lead the development and launch of new products to include technical specification development and first run quality and accuracy approval.
Specification and Compliance : Develop and maintain detailed packaging specifications, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
Cost Optimization : Develop cost optimization strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with various internal teams like operations, marketing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure projects meet all requirements.
Market Research : Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry insights and innovation in film structures and ink systems.
Special Projects : Participation as needed in special projects.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and find innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must be able to read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company handbook, and procedure manuals.
Required to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, ERP systems for manufacturing
Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
