  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Graduate of a CODA-accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
  • License : Current, valid, and unrestricted Dental Hygiene license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Certification : Radiography certification (per 42 CFR Part 75).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Must meet all health, immunization, and background screening requirements.
