Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. This role is essential to ensuring the property operates efficiently and that all maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair skills and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Respond to maintenance service requests with professionalism and urgency.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
Perform routine and emergency repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property upkeep.
Maintain accurate records of work orders and materials used.
Build positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
