Nexeo HR is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth initiatives
• Negotiate contracts and secure profitable new business partnerships
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations teams to deliver top-tier staffing solutions
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and results

Qualifications

Pay

$55,000 – $65,000 annually (DOE)

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
