As an Ultrasound Tech at Mass General Brigham Medical Group, you will have a significant impact on our innovative and advanced ultrasound programs. You'll engage with highly skilled professionals in a collaborative atmosphere, offering direction to medical sonography students and acting as a crucial resource for our ultrasound staff.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Offer clinical training to diagnostic medical sonography students, teaching and supporting them during ultrasound procedures.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, which may include transporting, transferring, immobilizing, and positioning patients.
• Clarify procedures to patients, addressing both their physical and emotional needs.
• Independently carry out advanced Ultrasound Technologist procedural activities, including echocardiograms, vascular exams, and Doppler studies.
• Record digital images as directed for radiologist interpretation.
• Assist physicians with needle biopsies, renal biopsies, and other procedures.

We are currently hiring a part time, 30-hour Ultrasound Technologist to work at our Northampton and Amherst locations.

Monday - 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm - Northampton

Wednesday - 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm - Amherst

Friday - 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm - Northampton
