Position : Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Days\n\nOverview\n\nMeadow Brook Health and Rehab in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)! - Full Time nurses work 3 days a week\n
- Part Time nurses work 1-2 days a week\n
- PRN nurses work on a "as-needed / available" schedule\nRequirements\n
- Current Utah-Issued RN license in good standing\n
- Effective communication\n
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws / regulations in regards to long-term care\nJob Duties\n
- Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.\n
- Preparing and administering treatments / medications as ordered by the physician\n
- Notify the resident s physician and / or family members when there is a change in the resident s condition\n
- Administering professional nursing practice services such as : tube feedings, suction, catheterization, changing of dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessary\n
- Continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents\n
- Being the patient advocate and ensuring that other healthcare team members are providing care according to the resident s care plan and personal wishes\n
- Accurately completing necessary charting as required and in a timely manner\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
