About the Opportunity

HD-Tech is proud to partner with a global leader in enterprise transformation to seek an accomplished Senior IT Project Manager to drive complex ERP and digital transformation programs. This high-impact role focuses on strategic leadership, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project delivery across large-scale enterprise technology landscapes.

This position is ideal for a results-driven project leader with a background in consulting, ERP implementation, or digital transformation. You'll manage major programs involving platforms such as SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft BusinessCentral, or other leading enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level ERP and digital transformation projects from planning through to successful delivery.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and quality assurance across multi-phase implementations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Develop project roadmaps, track milestones, and ensure adherence to KPIs.
• Support vendor evaluation, selection, and contract management.
• Champion change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
