Customer Service Specialist II - Shipping of International Product

Export / Import Liaison for flow of activities through the WMS both Tampa and Offsite distribution facilities.

Warehouse Management System updates; (Staging, Scheduling and Documentation including Invoicing for all exports) Communications with Destinations, Freight Forwarders; Daily, weekly, monthly reporting, Shipping Document review and approvals : Maintain required records including but not limited to Customs documents and Freight Communications. Create commercial, Proforma invoices for Custom clearance.

Coordinate the order flow of all Domestic shipments through the Tampa Facility, including offsite locations handled through the WMS (People Soft, High Jump). Must be able to process Finished Goods Shipments; Reservation processing, Printing pick plan, Picking / Packing and Manifesting. Miscellaneous duties as assigned related to Distribution activities and or the facility.

Preparation of Intl and Domestic Orders. Domestic and International document preparation and retention.

Internal Warehouse, Manufacturing Execution team, Materials and Planning groups, US Logistics, Order Entry / Customer Service.

High School Diploma, associate degree preferred. 3 years warehouse / manufacturing or Distribution experience. Skills should include, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail is a must. General Office experience, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, experience with web-based applications, including Customs Compliance Systems and Warehouse Management Systems. Full knowledge of export shipping documents, recordkeeping, Shipper's letter of Instructions, HTS numbers. Working knowledge of Licensing, accounting procedures and reporting.

Monday - Friday / 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Start Pay Range : $21.00
