A well-established fencing and infrastructure solutions provider with in-house manufacturing capabilities, is seeking an Experienced Project Manager Fencing & Guardrail to join their growing team in the Greater New England area. In this role, you'll oversee a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial fencing to high-security enclosures and sound abatement installations. It's an excellent opportunity to lead impactful projects while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Do as the Project Manager :

• Oversee and manage a variety of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed material and stock lists based on job specifications
• Coordinate installation methods, equipment needs, and project logistics
• Manage projects as either a General Contractor or Subcontractor
• Lead and motivate field teams while ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Maintain project schedules and adapt priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all job sites
