Territory Sales Manager

Base Salary Range : $65,000 - $70,000 + Monthly Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus & Commission Opportunities

We’re currently seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager in Sacramento, CA , to manage existing accounts and lead new business development in the region.

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our company in the Sacramento region—cultivating client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. This is a hybrid role that blends account management with outside sales, ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, goal-driven environment. You'll work closely with the Sacramento Branch Manager and internal teams to ensure top-notch service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing business clients
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Foster strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
• Provide product recommendations and support tailored to customer needs
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
• Collaborate with the Sacramento Branch Manager and contribute to team success
