PRACTICE INFORMATION

• Based in Springfield, Illinois, with outreach to surrounding communities
• Join a collaborative department of 13 physicians, 9 advanced practice providers, and 1 gynecologic oncologist
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB / GYN care, including routine gynecologic management and treatment of complex reproductive health conditions
• Deliver services across clinic locations, affiliated hospitals, and Springfield Clinics Ambulatory Surgery Center

Physicians must reside within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals
