Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within our target markets (private medical practices and professional services).Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and align them with The Garam Group’s solutions.Develop and deliver clear, client-focused presentations.Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to craft custom proposals.Manage and track all opportunities in our CRM.Attend networking events, community functions, and industry conferences to build relationships.Ensure seamless client handoff from sales to operations.What We’re Looking For

This is a performance-driven sales role with a base salary of $35,000 , plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and monthly car and phone allowances .
