Team Member Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service in a fast, friendly, clean and safe environment.
  • Promote loyalty program and suggest sales.
  • Ensure all areas of store are properly stocked and products are correctly priced and labeled.
  • Ensure entire store is clean at all times, including parking lot and fuel pumps.
  • Follow instructions and complete responsibilities assigned by manager.
  • Build to-go containers and accurately use made and waste sheets.

Required Skills and Physical Abilities

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to perform repetitive actions.
  • Ability to stand for entirety of shift.
