Coverage Needed : ASAP - end of October Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Clinical Information : Preference for providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's if needed 24,000 annual visits 17-Bed ED, all private Level III Trauma Center 24-hours of physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts 20-hours APP coverage daily; 9 & 11-hour shifts Ultrasound available Meditech EMR Accredited Chest Pain Center Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified in one of the following : American Board of Emergency Medicine American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine Will not accept ABPS Active IN License and DEA or IMLC Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
