Job description

CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a results-driven Home Sales Solutions Advisor in West Sacramento, serving the Greater Sacramento Area. This full-time, year-round role offers uncapped performance pay with earning potential of $100,000 – $200,000+ annually and generous benefits , such as :

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed . You will dispatch daily from your home to assigned service areas, with no requirement to report to a central office.

As a Home Sales Solutions Advisor, you will meet with residential and commercial clients to assess their comfort, efficiency, and code compliance needs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will present tailored solutions, system upgrades, financing options, and warranty information, providing accurate estimates and closing sales in a consultative, solution-based manner. You will collaborate with office and install teams to ensure seamless project coordination, maintain accurate records of proposals and follow-ups in the CRM, and stay informed on utility rebates, financing programs, and applicable code requirements. Your focus will be on helping clients implement smart, energy-efficient upgrades while managing a steady flow of qualified leads.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOME SALES SOLUTIONS ADVISOR

  • 2+ years of in-home or B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical strongly preferred)
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong one-call-close skills with a consultative approach
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort entering attics, crawlspaces, and handling occasional weekend appointments
