Recruiting Manager

Description :
This role requires a strategic thinker and results-driven professional with a proven track record in recruitment. The Recruiting Manager will oversee a team of recruiters and help to maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets and hiring goals are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on market trends, recruitment techniques, and technology.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Recruitment Strategy Development :
Collaborate with leadership and account managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Actively recruit recruiters and sales personnel to address ongoing staffing needs.Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve processes.Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight :
Manage your team through the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating offers.Oversee job assignments and launches, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.Conduct initial searches and manage ongoing search efforts to help the recruiters identify top candidates.Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards.Team Development :
Actively guide individuals through levels of recruiting mastery to enhance skills and expertise.Monitor tear sheets and G2s, conducting regular reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.Conduct daily morning meetings and process check-ins to maintain workflow consistency and address challenges.Track and analyze key performance metrics, including gross margin, metrics if applicable, hiring efficiency, and candidate quality.Identify areas for improvement and upskilling through monthly reviews, focusing on both numbers and processes.Reporting and Analytics :
Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.Use data to identify trends, measure recruitment success, and forecast hiring needs.Administrative and Evaluative Duties :
Prepare and conduct monthly addendums, process check-ins, and yearly reviews for team members.Facilitate yearly performance reviews, including preparation, evaluation, and delivery of feedback.Manage monthly and yearly reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.In-depth knowledge of IT, Engineering and Administrative roles, skills, and technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Preferred Skills :
Strong analytical mindset and experience with recruitment metrics.2+ years of experience in IT staffingProven leadership experience
