Internal Medicine Physician

Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm Call Ratio- 1 : 5 Reason for need : Growth, looking to add 2 physicians to the group to make a total of 6 25-bed critical access hospital 15-20 patients seen per day Adult Medicine : 18 Provider would report to Practice Leader / SVP HR Not accepting Locums candidates Compensation and Benefits : $200K-$275K base wage depending on experience (RVU upside opportunity) Sign on bonus of $20K Up to $10K in relocation assistance Student Loan repayment and payout schedule : $20K per year for 2 years depending on contract length Retirement Program : 403B - 3% match ; 457B Health / Dental / Vision : Yes and family is covered - begins first of month after date of hire PTO / Holidays : 30 days CME days : 5 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
