Job descriptionProvide first-assist support including retraction, suturing, and handling tissue and instruments. Support both traditional and robotic-assisted surgeries (Da Vinci XI and Stryker Mako). Maintain sterile fields and assist in equipment setup. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary surgical team. Participate in on-call rotation as assigned. Experience : Minimum 23 years of operating room experience required. First-time travelers : Accepted with at least 3 years of OR experience. Certifications : Required BLS, Surgical First Assistant (NBSTSA, ABSA, NCCSA) Preferred CST or additional surgical training credentials Skills : First-assist experience in Orthopedics and Robotics required; strong in suturing, retraction, and scrubbing. 1 : 1 patient ratio in the OR. Supportive and team-driven work culture. Free parking provided. Scrubs provided by the facility.

Position Summary
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Assistant to join a high-performing operating room team. This role involves assisting across multiple surgical specialties, supporting advanced robotic procedures, and collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and technologists in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
