Overview :

IBTCI is seeking experienced Quality Assurance Experts for an upcoming Long-Term Agreement for the provision of Centralized Evaluation Services for the World Food Programme (WFP). The ideal candidate will ensure quality, credibility, and methodological rigor of global-scale evaluations, with emphasis on corporate emergency evaluations.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD.

Essential Duties / Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide independent quality assurance of evaluation deliverables.
• Review methodologies, data integrity, and compliance with UN standards.
• Support consistency across multi-country and corporate-level evaluations.
• Advise on risk management and ethical evaluation practices.

Working Environment :

Remote with international travel up to 25%, including to field and hard-to-reach locations.

Work Authorization :

Must be authorized to work in the consultant's country of residence. IBTCI does not sponsor visas for consultants.
