• La figura di Digital Content Marketin Specialist, all’interno della Direzione Marketing, avrà un ruolo chiave nel trasformare le esigenze di business in campagne digitali e nell’assicurare una delivery coerente ed efficace su tutti i nostri touchpoint digitali. Principali attività :
• Definire e scrivere i contenuti per DEM, banner, notifiche push, landing page e altri touchpoint digitali;
• Gestire e aggiornare il calendario editoriale digitale in base a campagne, promozioni e milestone di progetto;
• Definire e gestire, insieme al team dedicato alla delivery e al team di progetto, i flussi DEM : segmentazione audience, timing, contenuti e follow-up; Garantire coerenza di tono e messaggi su tutti i canali digitali;
• Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle comunicazioni (CTR,CPC,CPM, reach, frequency, post – click engagement, conversion rate);
• Collaborare con i team Product e Sales per allineare la strategia di comunicazione agli obiettivi di business.

• !Principali requisiti :
• Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o affini;
• 1 – 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo;
• Ottima capacità di scrittura e adattamento dei testi per diversi formati digitali (banner, DEM, notifiche, landing page);
• Esperienza nell’utilizzo dei principali tool per il monitoraggio di performance delle comunicazioni;
• Inglese fluente
