Director Of Field Operations Global Fleet Support
You will be the Director of Field Operations Global Fleet Support for the Field Operations Fleet Support team which is responsible for delivering sustainment products and services that keep our fleet mission-ready. As the Director of Field Operations Global Fleet Support you will be responsible for shaping sustainment strategy, leading a high-performing field team, and ensuring flawless execution of customer-centric support. Your responsibilities will include :
- Act as the principal Sustainment Operations point of contact for the Line of Business, driving schedule, technical, and quality performance.
- Lead, hire, and manage the Field Operations Fleet Support team and 24 / 7 Customer Support Centers to guarantee continuous fleet availability.
- Interface with programs, suppliers, and senior leadership to secure customer satisfaction and enable business growth.
- Direct deployment planning, contingency-operations integration, and Special Test Equipment (STE) management.
- Analyze data trends and engineering requests to identify readiness improvements and enhance mission-capable rates.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with technical experience.Demonstrated experience in leading teamsDemonstrated experience with strategic plan formulation.Demonstrated ability to drive closure and resolve complex and large-scale technical issues / challenges.Demonstrated ability to foster customer relationships.Demonstrated experience in leading complex global teams.Desired Skills :
