About the Role

You'll own cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and platform reliability. This role partners closely with engineering on architecture, security, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Architect, review, and implement server / cloud infrastructure changes and improvements to ensure scalability, security, and availability
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting infrastructure and applications
• Collaborate with the development team to plan and provision infrastructure that supports application design and operations
• Document infrastructure standards, changes, and conventions
• Partner with information security to maintain compliance (HITRUST, SOC-II, HIPAA) and implement security improvements
• Manage existing cloud networking infrastructure and configure new third-party connections / VPN tunnels as needed
• Track and report against key performance metrics (KPIs) :
• System availability and security incident counts
• Change request / ticket completion rates
