Job descriptionAssessments & Care Planning : Conduct initial and six-month reassessments; update individualized care plans. Therapy Program Design : Develop and oversee restorative and maintenance therapy programs aligned with Title 22 and CBAS regulations. Intervention Delivery : Provide or supervise therapy interventions such as exercise, gait training, pain management, and mobility support. Documentation : Maintain timely and accurate records of assessments, treatments, care plans, progress notes, and reassessments.
Must Have Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Experience with an older population, geriatric preferred.
- Strong clinical judgement, documentation, and counseling skills
Job Description :
Insight Global is hiring a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This role will guarantee up to 25 / hrs per week. You will be ensuring patients receive individualized treatment plans, restorative and maintenance therapy, and support for maximizing well-being.
