Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Scheduling Modules .
Collaborate with technical teams and software vendors to design and configure software applications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system enhancements.
Manage complex issues and ensure timely resolution through collaboration and escalation when needed.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
Oracle Certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Moderate to functional independent judgment.
Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks with moderate complexity.
