About the Role :
MML Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to oversee all OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) procurement across our properties. This leader will manage the full lifecycle of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and cost control for OS&E, ensuring that our hotels and restaurants are equipped with the tools, supplies, and systems needed to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
This position requires strong negotiation skills, a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining MML’s standards of quality and design integrity. The Senior Procurement Manager will also collaborate closely with the Concept Development team to align purchasing with creative and operational goals.
