Superintendent 3- Commercial Construction

A well-established general contractor is seeking a Construction Superintendent 3 to lead field operations on complex and rewarding commercial projects. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee daily jobsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are consistently met. Key Responsibilities :

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of on-site construction operations

Develop and maintain short interval schedules and manpower plans

Lead subcontractor coordination, resolve field conflicts, and drive project progress

Monitor jobsite safety, enforce protocols, and educate teams on best practices

Track and manage project costs related to labor, materials, and equipment

Maintain high standards for workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism

Serve as the primary field contact for clients, architects, and engineers

Mentor, coach, and support field team members and assistant superintendents

Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in a field supervisory role within commercial construction

Proven success in markets such as education, healthcare, industrial, or manufacturing

Strong understanding of scheduling, safety regulations, quality standards, and construction processes

Ability to foster teamwork, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence and integrity

Comfortable using construction software and mobile apps for field documentation and coordination

Self-starter with high attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results

Proven Experience in K-12, High Education, Senior Living or Industrial
