We currently provide a variety of services, including routine vaccinations for children and adults, COVID-19 vaccinations, flu vaccinations, biometric screenings (blood pressure, glucose, and lipid checks, A1C testing), vision screenings, TB screenings, COVID-19 testing, and other laboratory and blood testing services.

Homeland Health Specialists is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs to administer vaccinations, including Flu, COVID-19, and other CDC-recommended vaccinations, for our traveling clinics at companies, schools, and other organizations throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.

This position requires flexibility to work multiple shifts and locations, ~20-40 hours / week, depending on our clients' needs from late August to the end of November. We serve much of the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Cambridge, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks, Mankato, Owatonna / Faribault, Rochester, St. Cloud, Western Wisconsin, Eastern North Dakota, and Iowa.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Demonstrate aseptic technique and safe delivery of vaccinations to pediatric and adult clients according to Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. policies and protocols and CDC best practices
• Possess critical thinking and clinical assessment skills to handle emergency situations (e.g. reaction to vaccinations)
• Review client consent and insurance form for completeness and legibility before offering services
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, patience, problem-solving, and flexibility
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while serving as a Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. ambassador.
• Perform on-site supervision of other Homeland Health Specialists staff
