A company is looking for a Sales Consultant (ASO).
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual plans to achieve sales targets in assigned market territories
Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and traditional prospecting methods
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to proposal development and closing deals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Typically 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as HCM, SaaS, or financial services
Proven experience with PEO, SaaS, HCM, and / or ASO preferred
Strong understanding of financial concepts and business acumen
Experience with sales tools like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
