• We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining excellence and consistency across all production operations.
• This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance quality, compliance, and efficiency — all while inspiring a team to bring their best every day.
• What You’ll Do Supervise daily production operations, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Train, schedule, and motivate production team members to meet established performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to support seamless production flow.
• Collaborate with quality, packaging, and management teams to optimize output and minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and production reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• What You Bring Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related supervisory roles (cannabis industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable delegating tasks, coaching employees, and holding team members accountable.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Additional Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs (or more with assistance).
• Good visual acuity, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination required.
• Moderate noise level environment — must be comfortable working around machinery.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass all required background checks.
