As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling cutting-edge digital products across fintech, travel, and superapp domains. You’ll lead end-to-end feature development, working across both front-end and back-end systems to deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business impact. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical systems, mentor fellow engineers, and directly influence the company’s technology roadmap. Accountabilities :
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack features using React, Python, and Node microservices within a high-growth, agile environment.
- Deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience and drive measurable business performance.
- Own the full lifecycle of services, databases, and caching systems, including deployment, testing, monitoring, and debugging.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through peer reviews and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to define and execute project roadmaps.
- Conduct experiments and use analytics to optimize performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years working with backend technologies such as Python or Node, and 2 years with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).Proven ability to work comfortably across both frontend and backend technologies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Experience with modern web technologies, system design, and scalable service-oriented architectures.Strong communication skills with experience contributing to agile ceremonies and collaborating with diverse teams.Demonstrated leadership through mentoring or managing junior developers.Bonus points for familiarity with technologies such as GitLab, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, or Snowflake.Experience in startups or high-growth environments and a hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset.Benefits
