Job description

Intern Opportunity At Rally House

Rally House is seeking a motivated Intern to join our team this Summer 2026! The Learning & Development Intern will support the execution and improvement of field-facing training tools and systems during the high-volume summer season. This role will directly contribute to strengthening training visibility, content accessibility, and LMS engagement while supporting the broader goal of building scalable learning infrastructure as the company grows. This intern will gain hands-on experience in learning systems, training communications, data reporting, and process documentation while building skills in organization, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Upload, organize, and verify LMS training content by role and region
  • Support weekly LMS reporting, identifying completion gaps and trends
  • Draft training task overviews and create simplified field instructions in Zipline
  • Update visual aids, reference links, and training recaps for store leaders
  • Maintain and organize the Zipline Library for easy access to resources
  • Compile and analyze training feedback, summarizing insights into one-pagers or visuals
  • Assist with updates to manager development toolkits and coaching resources
  • Review and reformat SOPs and training documents for clarity and usability
  • Gather visual assets to support mobile-first learning tools and quick-tip content

Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to analyze data and present insights visually
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with LMS systems, training content design, or digital media (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools a plus
  • Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Qualifications

    Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and / or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree; available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS; demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House. Physical Requirements : Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds. $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
