PSM Account Lead

Bear Process Safety seeks to hire a PSM Account Lead in Baton Rouge, LA. The PSM Account Lead is responsible for assisting clients in managing their process safety systems. Duties include but are not limited to : Preparation for Process Hazard Analyses, ensuring thorough risk identification and assessment Developing detailed reports that capture the outcomes and strategic recommendations from Process Hazard Analyses. Conducting audits of existing process safety management programs to evaluate compliance and effectiveness. Providing actionable recommendations on improvements that comply with corporate and regulatory safety standards. Engaging in annual strategic reviews with client management to assess and refine safety management strategies. Overseeing the quality assurance processes produced by junior consultants. Mentoring and developing junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise in process safety management. Work demands include : Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Ability to travel both locally and nationally, as needed. Conducting daily briefings with the Chief Operating Officer to track progress and ensure alignment. Commitment to ongoing professional development through leadership and advanced qualification training. This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
