Service Dispatcher (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing)

Service Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Salary : $50,000 $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience) + incentives based on driving revenue growth and meeting / exceeding department budget expectations

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 to 10-hour day shifts

Location : Wauwatosa, WI 53222 (must be able to commute or relocate)

The Big Task of a Service Dispatcher

Your mission : connect the right technician with the right job at the right time. Youll manage schedules, optimize routes, and provide real-time support to ensure both our customers and team members have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch the best-suited technician based on location, skillset, and opportunity
• Monitor and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and responsiveness
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
• Build and maintain respectful, positive relationships with team members and clients
• Collaborate with Service Manager(s), Call Center Lead, and Warehouse Coordinator
• Escalate service issues or concerns quickly and appropriately
• Use CRM software (ServiceTitan preferred) to track schedules and job details
• Support the coordination team with additional tasks as needed
• Be flexible, adaptable, and committed to teamwork
