Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA programs, conducting assessments, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to provide parent coaching and support, promoting generalization of skills across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports for insurance purposes.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA and participate in professional development opportunities.
