Military Court-Martial Paralegal / Case Developer (Medicolegal Division)

Requirement : Military paralegal background in medicolegal work (personal injury and medical malpractice experience preferred)

Compensation : $100K+ expected by end of Year 1

Breakdown :

• Base Salary : $60K (comparable to or better than prior E-6 / E-7, GS-9 / 11, or JAG-paralegal pay)
• Commission : Expected $40K–$80K+ in Year 1 from cases you personally originate and develop
• Additional Bonuses : Birthday bonus, holiday bonus, performance incentives, etc.

We have already handled numerous high-profile military cases (sexual assault, drug cases, officer misconduct, death investigations, etc.) and now seek one exceptional paralegal to drive growth in this division.

This is a hybrid hunter + case-manager role : you will actively originate new military court-martial opportunities that do not yet exist in our current pipeline, then serve as the primary paralegal and case coordinator once retained.
