Your skills and compassion will directly impact the lives of our patients.\n\nAbout Our Team\n\nOur Labor & Delivery / OB team enjoys a supportive environment featuring a 1 : 1 nurse to patient ratio across 10 beds with a focus on warm and compassionate care. The unit is backed by a dedicated medical staff and pediatric coverage by a Board Certified provider.\n\nHow You'll Contribute\n\nIn this vital role, you will : \n

• Perform thorough patient assessments to identify needs\n
• Initiate and execute appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Deliver age-appropriate care tailored to each patient's condition\n
• Document medical necessity promptly and accurately\n
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n

• Basic Life Support (BLS)\n
• Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire\n
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six (6) months of hire\n
• One (1) year of recent Labor & Delivery experience\n
• Recent RN experience\n
