Corrections Maintenance Foreman - SCI Camp Hill

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee inmate work crews in the performance of various maintenance, repair, and janitorial tasks at SCI Camp Hill. Work orders will include lawn care, snow removal, janitorial, and other general maintenance work assignments. You will plan and assign daily inmate schedules, inspect completed work assignments, and document inmates' attendance. As a foreman, you will provide instruction in the operation and preventative maintenance of machinery and vehicles. By overseeing the work crews, you will need to maintain order and discipline of inmates during work assignments. Additionally, you can expect to assist other maintenance staff in the performance of semi-skilled and skilled journey work in a variety of trades.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
