Job description

Parts and Admin Support Specialist

Our client, a family-oriented trailer and towing equipment company, is seeking a Parts and Admin Support Specialist to join their team. As a Parts and Admin Support Specialist, you will be part of the Parts Department supporting customer service, inventory management, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for helping others which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Parts and Admin Support Specialist

Location : Murray, UT

Pay Range : $18-22+ per hour (based on experience)

Shift : Monday Friday, 9 AM 6 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter parts sales and provide advice on towing solutions
  • Work closely with managers and technicians to ensure parts are ordered, inventoried, and stocked appropriately
  • Manage and oversee online sales of parts through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and KSL, including creating listings and processing orders
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of parts and customer interactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked parts room to ensure efficient operations

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online sales platforms
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry parts / equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
