Responsibilities :
- Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and assisting with medical examinations.
- Draw up injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and provide post-operative care.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle medical administrative tasks.
- Travel to Edison office Twice a week. Must have reliable transportation.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patients' conditions.Proficient in taking vital signs and recording patient information accurately.Familiarity with hospital procedures and protocols for patient care.Basic life support (BLS) certification to respond to medical emergencies.Knowledge of medical coding and billing processes.Excellent patient service skills to provide compassionate care and support.Ability to provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this position.
