Job Description

We are currently seeking an Estimator in the Beltsville, MD area for a Specialty Construction Contractor. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in the estimating field on masonry and concrete resotration projects. Candidates must have specific knowledge in bidding government and private work.

Responsibilities :

  • Interpret plans and specifications in order to provide timely quantity survey, pricing of material, equipment and other items for our scope of work in order to provide a complete conceptual estimates
  • Prepare comprehensive construction bid summary
  • Establish methods and company policies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong organization skills
  • Understanding conceptual estimating
  • Knowledge of construction documents and methods
  • Experience in estimating
  • Experience with On Screen Take Off and Timberline Estimating Software

    • Pay range $125,000 to 150,000 plus benefits.
