This role is ideal for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for general dermatology and optional cosmetic interests.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a team that includes a Physician Assistant and dedicated support staff in a modern 8,000 sq. ft. clinic
- General dermatology focus with optional cosmetic procedures (injectables, fillers, Sculptra, Excel-V laser)
- MAs act as scribes; pathology sent out with strong support for communication and diagnosis accuracy
- Private practice model with potential for employment, partnership, or owner-financing
Schedule
Flexible weekday hours : Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM; optional half-day or full-day FridaysOptional Saturday aesthetic hours availableNo hospital or ED call; minimal clinic call, limited to your own patientsDaily patient volume of 30-40 with robust MA and front-office supportCompensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary of $130,000 for 2 years, transitioning to a productivity model in year 3Up to $10,000 relocation allowance; sign-on bonus negotiableCME : 5 days and $2,500 annual allowance20 PTO days + 8 paid holidays; malpractice with negotiable tail coverageCandidate Requirements
